Description (partial)

Symptom:
When customer tries deleting Access Link, they get error message saying: "Links are attached to display link in Data Usage link. First delete Data Access link from that data usage link.".
However, they have deleted usage link as well as the Combination Macro in which the configured link was used. But still whenever they try to delete the Access link, they receive the aforementioned UI error message.

Conditions:
The access link must be used in Usage link and Combination Macro.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create Access link (Any type).
- Use that in any Usage link. Mention the Macro name while creating the Usage link.
- Use the above created Access link in Combination Macro.

- Now delete the newly created Usage link and Combination Macro. (they should get deleted from UI as well)

- Now try to delete the Access link
