Description (partial)

FTP fails to connect over the WebVPN portal page when using a non-default port with FTP pulldown option in CIFS.

For E.g.: ftp://Server-IP:6045

It doesn't make a difference if we go to the above URL using the browse URL option on the portal page or access it through a bookmark.

FTP pulldown option is used to access CIFS file shares using a non-default FTP port
