Description (partial)
Symptom: A nexus 5000/5500 series switch may reset shortly after a non-disruptive upgrade due to 'fwm' process reset. This occurs when a vsan previously in-use has been deleted on a switch doing npv Conditions: In NPV switch, when a VSAN assoicated to VFC in NP mode is deleted, upgrading NPV switch to higher version causes FWM to crash.
