Description (partial)

Symptom:
The web server running on the APIC will forcibly close sessions that do not support at least TLS1.1 or TLS1.2.

Conditions:
Any session opened using older Python versions - like those that ship by default on most versions of MacOSX or were compiled against older versions of openssl - will fail to be able to connect to the APIC web server which is used to communicate with the APIC REST API.
