Symptom:
Cisco ACI APIC does not offer Linux kernel help man pages when not in the home admin directory.

Conditions:
Cisco ACI APIC does not offer Linux kernel help man pages when not in the home admin directory when accessing the APIC via SSH.  For example when executing "man ifconfig", this will be seen:

admin@apic1:mit> man ifconfig
No manual entry available here.
