Description (partial)

Symptom:
Essentially if you create a new folder and sub folder in the client and you save a view based off of a filter, then the saved filtered view doesn't show up under the saved sub folder. It gets saved under the Grid Type.

Conditions:
1. Create a new Root Folder called TEST
2. Create a new subfolder called TEST 2. This should be Type: Grid View and Grid Type: Job Activity
3. Now in that TEST 2 subfolder you should see the Job Activity. Create a saved filter view (I tested just with a specific owner) and save it.
4. Once you save the view, the view doesn't appear under the TEST/TEST 2 folder/subfolder. The view actually defaults to under the Job Activity View under operations. This should default to being saved underneath the new saved view.
