Description (partial)

Symptom:
On Nexus 6004, a working link goes into UDLD error after module OIR or switch reload with below error:

NEXUS 9000 UDLD Empty Echo
Hi all, Hopefully someone can help with the issue I am facing. We have 3850 access switches connected via fiber to Nexus 93180YC-EX at distribution layer. Sometimes we run into issue that Nexus is err disabling its port due to UDLD Empty Echo problem.
