Description (partial)

Symptom:
++ We have seen many customers using ccx.supervisor or cuic.admin as userid for agent and supervisors.
++ When they try to login to the finesse or CUIC using such users having ccx. and cuic. in prefix it fails.
Error message: "Cannot Authenticate with the notification service.  There may be a configuration mismatch.  Please contact your administrator"

Conditions:
++ Agent or supervisor have ccx. or  cuic. as thee prefix
