Description (partial)

Symptom:
- When upgrading UCS 6100 Series to UCS version 2.2(1d) FC uplink port failed and cannot be reenabled.

- The problem is related to port vsan change where FC port moves to VSAN 1 though it is configured for VSAN 500 on UCSM.

- GUI still shows port VSAN as VSAN 500 but CLI shows it to be in VSAN 1.
