Description (partial)

Symptom:
78XX phone displaying Arabic letters with Reverse order in call history

Example : Phone 1 calls phone 2

Phone 1 with caller ID : Cisco --> Phone 2 will display on the call logs Cisco
Phone 1 with caller ID : Cisco systems --> Phone 2 will display on the call logs Cisco... (Notice as the 3 dots at the end of the name as the name can't be displayed fully on the screen)

Now with Arabic Local.

Names below are typed in Arabic letters but to make it easier to understand the problem.

Phone 1 with caller ID : Cisco --> Phone 2 will display on the call logs Cisco
Phone 1 with caller ID : Cisco Systems --> Phone 2 will display on the call logs ocsiC... (Notice as the 3 dots at the end of the name as the name can't be displayed fully on the screen)

Reversed letters on the Call logs, And the 3 dots is on the right of the name.

ยท The Dots should be shown on the left of the name as the writing will be from (right to left in Arabic) hence the name would be flipped.
