Cisco Bug: CSCur60677 - Converged access controllers preauthentication ACL does not filter HTTP

Description (partial)

When configuring web authentication on a 3850/5760, a preauthentication ACL can be configured to give access to certain ressources before authentication with the command "ip access-group web name".

This ACL works fine for all protocols except HTTP(s). You can permit any HTTP traffic in that preauthentication ACL but any HTTP(s) traffic will still be redirected to the login page.

This prevents allowing connection to certain websites before authentication.

This is seen on all converged access platforms both on IOS 3.3.x and 3.6.0
