Description (partial)

Symptom:
HTTP request cancelled message is displayed on the phone screen.

Conditions:
When IPPA agents are already logged in and idle on the 8851 phones, "HTTP request cancelled message" is displayed and the user has to press the cancel softkey to dismiss this screen. This occurs as there is already a refresh GET pending when POST comes in and the phone cancels the old GET because it needs to use the new info in POST to generate new HTTP GET.
