Description (partial)

Hub cluster will not process all the URI learned from Spoke cluster.

Additional symptoms:
Cluster B advertising ILS to Cluster A, Cluster A experiences a spike in CPU (as high as 80+%) on regular intervals related to the synchronization schedule.  In one case, the CPU spikes were seen every 60 second due to sync schedule.

If any of the directory uri has special characters like apostrophe. :@<>#"{}|\^[]'`  ,

To identify this is a problem search the NumPlan ILS Spoke.*.csv files for any of these special characters. such as us{
