Description (partial)

Symptom:
ipv6 traffic stops across 100GE bundle-ether link, when member links from the same linecard are shutdown. ipv4 traffic still flows and ipv6 routing is OK

Conditions:
This may occur on an NCS 6008 router when bundle members are shut down, which belong to the same linecard.
