Description (partial)

ipv6 traffic stops across 100GE bundle-ether link, when member links from the same linecard are shutdown. ipv4 traffic still flows and ipv6 routing is OK

This may occur on an NCS 6008 router when bundle members are shut down, which belong to the same linecard.
