Description (partial)

Symptom:
ON a fabricpath spine performing layer 3 routing to a Microsoft NLB cluster using multicast mode will leak packets to inband channel bypassing CoPP if there is no static multicast MAC in the CAM after routing.

Conditions:
ip arp "Unicast IP" "Multicast MAC"
No MAC address to Port mapping
