Symptom:
CUCM sets isfocus on Contact on 200OK from endpoint after hold-resume in multisite conference

Conditions:
From a Cisco SX80 (DN 80) dial two SX20s (DN 1312891, 1312892) via touch interface. On the SX80 touch, we show two faces with names (both endpoints), while the SX80's show a single "Conference".
Do hold all, then wait a bit, then resume all via touch on the SX80. Then it can be observed that one or two of the faces on the touch has swapped from person to
Conference.
We believe this is because the 200 OK(received by SX80) often has "isfocus" tag on the Contact header. This makes us think it is a MCU, so we show wrong avatar.
SX20 does not send out isfocus in its 200OK.
