Description (partial)

Symptom:
This defect is for tracking the changes needed to lock the wireless microphone DECT frequencies to only frequencies allowed by local regulations. There are 6 regions defined to lock DECT frequency with: BR, LA, NA, EU, JP, TW.

Conditions:
New phone shipped from factory as of 10-3-1 release will set region variable in flash to lock the frequency.
For existing phones, we provides region specific 10-3-1 loads to help set the region variable in flash to lock the frequency. Once the variable is set, it can not be updated in the field. In addition, phone should keep running 10-3-1 or 10-3-1 later release in order to lock the frequency. 9-3-3-5 FCS version would still use wireless microphone region configuration from CUCM, though that phone could have already set the region variable in flash.

Accordingly, the CUCM parameter on admin page 'Wireless Microphone Region' will also be removed.
