Description (partial)

Symptom:
7800 phones intermittently stop playing multicast paging audio (Informacast).  The phones appear to be receiving the page fine and speakerphone is enabled, but no sound can be heard.

Packet captures show that the 7800 phones are joining the multicast group and receiving RTP traffic for the audio, just not playing it out the phone speaker.
