Description (partial)

Symptom:
A client associates to a WLAN on an AP and reaches RUN state.
When the AP is admin disabled from the WLC GUI the radios go down and the AP deletes the client entry from the radio (and flexconnect in case of FlexConnect AP) but not on CAPWAP.

As a result the client keeps on staying visible on the WLC client list for some time until:
- the client roam to another AP
- the session timeout kicks in

Conditions:
WLC/AP on 7.6.130.12
AP in both FlexConnect and Local mode.
