Description (partial)

After short periods of silence or quiet on a 3-screen CTS endpoint, a TelePresence Server may incorrectly switch to the wrong camera if two of the microphones from that endpoint report similar audio levels.

Known to affect the 3.1 and 4.0 releases of TelePresence Server with any TIP capable endpoint reporting the TIP audio activity metric (CTS3000/TX9000).
In all cases this is most likely to occur if the audio pickup from two of the microphones is similar (within a few dB.)
This problem can be minimised by improving room acoustics to avoid cross-talk between microphones, as this only occurs if two microphones report nearly the same volume. Decreasing the voiceSwitchingSensitivity will not improve this switching, but will increase the length of the pause required to exhibit this behaviour.
