Symptom:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Steps to reproduce the issue :-
Under the User Management in VOSS, Click Add under Single Number Reach
a.    Fill out the fields for Remote name, Description, Remote Number
b.    Check the following boxes – Mobile Phone, Enable Mobile Connect and Line (under Available extensions to user)
c.    Select a Ring Schedule
d.    Click Modify
e.    Verify the Remote Destination Configuration that Line Association is checked in CUCM.
2. Are they using cloned or shared lines?  :-    The customer is using cloned lines
 
3. Are they using Multiple remote destinations per user?  :-    No

4. Is the user seen after adding the second or third destination?  :-    Only adding 1 RD to each use.
