Description (partial)

Symptom:
On CUIC for UCCX when we run the report "Contact Service Queue Activity Report" and use used criteria Today and select date-time by default (12.00.00 AM to 11.59.59 PM), the "Average Abandon Per Day" on Report shows as divided by 2. 

Ideally, it should not be divided by 2 as the report is been collected for one day only.

Conditions:
UCCX 9.0 or above running CUIC.
