Description (partial)

ACL drop counts are added to the 'total input/output drops' field in 'show interface <interface-name>' command output.

The actual ACL drop counts should be looked up using the command:
'show access-lists ipv4 <ACL-name> hardware ingress location <LC location>'
'show access-lists ipv4 <ACL-name> hardware egress location <LC location>'

When packets are dropped at the ingress due to an ACL policy match.
