Symptom:
Scheduled trace collection process is stalled indefinitely .

Conditions:
When the SFTP file transfer is initiated from the CUCM to SFTP Server ,When the packets are lost and CUCM will be waiting for the SFTP server to respond back which will not happen since packets are lost.
