Description (partial)

Symptom:
Advertised route (based on advertise-map) is pulled off if the first prefix in the condition (in exist-map) is withdrawn.

Example config :
neighbor 10.1.12.1 advertise-map RM_DEFAULT exist-map RM_LO

route-map RM_DEFAULT permit 10
match ip address prefix-list PL_DEFAULT
!
route-map RM_LO permit 10
match ip address prefix-list PL_LO

ip prefix-list PL_DEFAULT seq 5 permit 0.0.0.0/0
ip prefix-list PL_LO seq 5 permit 10.1.3.1/32
ip prefix-list PL_LO seq 10 permit 10.1.3.2/32

So if we lose 10.1.3.1/32 the default route will be withdrawn from the neighbor.
It will be again advertised during the next BGP scanner.

Conditions:
The first prefix of the condition (in exist-map) is withdrawn.
