Conditions:
Booting 6248 FI following firmware upgrade to 2.2.1d

Customer confirmed that there were no environmental conditions which might cause a fan to rotate in the wrong direction.  

Customer held up a piece of string to confirm that the fans were pulling/pushing air in the same direction.
