Description (partial)

Symptom:
FIB adjacency is getting programmed as "CPP HW Drop" on SIP-700 for prefix reachable via MPLS LSP, while FIB for the same prefix is programmed correctly on other LCs. Hence traffic originated from SIP-700 toward the affected prefix is getting dropped.

Conditions:
Prefix is reachable via MPLS LSP through the BundleEthernet interface located on other LC
