Description (partial)

Symptom:
Issues with the mixed tones heard when transfer of calls happen via DVO

Conditions:
When the route point associated with Route list has check-box "Allow overlap sending" checked, CUCM is indicated that further digits can be expected on hitting this pattern. As a result call control instance sets the overlap flag to false thereby triggering device layer to send CcMoreInfoInd causing call control to play outside dial tone.
