Description (partial)

Symptom:
The tacacs+ service crashes 2 times triggering a supervisor reload. The supervisor reset reason logs the following:

    Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
    Service: Tacacs Daemon hap reset

Conditions:
This issue only occurs on systems running NX-OS 6.2(8a) or later if a command longer than 255 characters is
issued while tacacs+ remote authorisation is enabled.
