Cisco Bug: CSCur53058 - Skills with '-' character don't appear correctly in mobile skill manager

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When there are skill names that contain the hyphen character (-), mobile skill manager will show the competency as "NA." The user may change these skills and select apply but going back to the page it will still show as "NA." If the change is made and the user navigates to the Application Administration page the skill will show correctly. Conditions: Skills contain the hyphen (-) character.
