Symptom: 4:22:20 Fabric Serdes lanes from FSC15 to MIO 5 & 6 going down Fabric FAP 10/1 reported ECC memory error FSC slot 15 reported hardware RAID error & Fabric Serdes lanes from FSC15 to MIO 5 & 6 going down 4:23:04 "afio" crashed on MIO 5 4:25:22 AFIO scan alarms reported on slot 2, 5, 6 & 8 Heartbeats failure between on MIO 6 reported " Eyescan" start error reported on MIO 5 & MIO 6 4:26:02 DPC 3 went offline Heartbeat timeout failures reported on All DPCs and MIO5 & 6 04:26:05: Fabric Serdes lanes on FSC slot 14, 16, 17 also went down Heartbeat timeout failures continue reported on MIO 5/6 & DPCs 4:27:39 MIO6 rebooted 4:28:58 cspctrl , snmp, rmctrl & afio process crashes reported , associated with heartbeat timeout failures on MIO 5 4:30:03 "rmcrtl" & cspctrl" process crashed 4:30:06 "hatsystem" process crashed followed by Chassis reload -- MIO 6 rebooting so did not take over from MIO 5 Conditions: FSC card will be power cycled when the the device loses its programming. Previously the device was reset. If the device loses is programming and at the same time the hard disk fails, the card will be powered down and kept down.
