Description (partial)

Symptom:
CSR1000V has a REST API that deletes a static route. If the wrong route parameters are given, it does not return an error.

Conditions:
This route is created during a sanity test:
ip route 20.20.20.20 255.255.255.255 GigabitEthernet1 30.30.30.1 3
It does not get removed because the interface name was not being passed. No error was returned. The sanity test has since been corrected.
