Description (partial)

Symptom:
After updating one or more previously configured route strings for an Imported Directory URI Catalog, calls fail to the URI Catalog on the Hub cluster.

In addition if you run the 'utils ils lookup <domain>' command in the CLI of the Hub cluster the route string will not be updated.

This issue doesn't occur on the spoke clusters and only occurs in CUCM 9.X.

Conditions:
CUCM 9.X only.
ILS has been configured on a Hub with Imported Directory URI Catalogs and the route strings are changed at some point.
