Description (partial)

Symptom:
Third party intercom phone registered to CUCM as Third party Advanced SIP phone and Cisco 8945 phone registered to Same CallManager and are in same location.
When call initiated from Third party video capable SIP phone to cisco 8945, audio works fine but no video.
