Symptom: WSA may stop taking any new requests, cause leaked connections my be exceeding its max allowed connection limit. Conditions: The problem occurs if a transparent SSL transaction is using SNI (Server name notification) from the client side and it is blocked by WSA based on the domain it tries to connect to.
