Description (partial)

Symptom:
"unicast packets" counters are zero on an interface on a Nexus 6004 switch, while traffic is passing across this interface.

Conditions:
1. The port the affected interface directly connects to shows both RX and TX counters increasing.
2. FWM show's non-zero unicast cunters for both RX and TX in the output of "show platform fwm info pif <ifname> | inc stats".
3. This has seen on an interface with FabricPath enabled, but unclear, if related.
