Description (partial)

Symptom:
EIGRP traffic not destined to the N9K is seen on the CPU.
ICMP TTL Expired messages are sent to the originating EIGRP router by the N9K
Unicast updates are still sent to routers 

Example of a punted EIGRP packet and the TTL Exceeded ICMP message 
2014-10-30 15:15:28.345487  192.168.1.4 -> 192.168.1.1  EIGRP Acknowledge
2014-10-30 15:15:28.345584  192.168.1.3 -> 192.168.1.4  ICMP Time-to-live exceeded (Time to live exceeded in transit)

Conditions:
N9K is a transit switch for EIGRP routers and has an SVI enabled in the vlan
