Symptom:
When CER server approaches license expiry, it shows the message in GUI however no alerts are generated in Syslog.

Conditions:
All versions of CER

License alerts in CER 10.x and 11.x
Has anyone had success with CER license alerts or warnings sending to the administrator mail ID or syslog?   I have been trying to get this working on a few 10.x and 11.x CER systems and all the mail alert options are enabled, available user licenses get exhausted is enabled but not getting any emails about licenses. I do get CER emails to the administrator ID for backups and other events.    Trying to get alerted when the phones tracked are over the licensed amount.    I am finding the bug below ...
