Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Auth DNS server returns the loopback address (127.0.0.1) for the cnrNotifDnsServerIpAddress MIB variable instead of an interface address in the ciscoNetRegMastersNotResp, ciscoNetRegMastersResp, and ciscoNetRegSecondaryZonesExpired SNMP traps.
