Agent sees the same wrap-up reason code applied to both original and consult calls after a Cisco Finesse Tomcat restart

Steps to reproduce:
1) Agent A is on a routed call. Applies wrap-up reason "X"
2) Agent A consults agent B
3) Agent B answers
4) Agent A applies wrap-up reason "Y" on the consult call
5) Restart Cisco Finesse Tomcat
6) Agent A sees X on both original and consult call
