Description (partial)

Symptom:
ATA190 Release Notes don't mention that a cluster reboot is required after installing the QED file before the device can be recognized by CUCM.

ATA190 QED and COP files are installed to CUCM server but the device will still not register until a cluster reboot is performed. This even when the ATA190 device type definition starts showing up within the Admin page.

Conditions:
When the ATA190 device tries to register, error messages like the ones below will appear within the SDI/SDL traces:

|CcmdbStationRegistrationProfileBuilder::init - No typemodel table-entry for device ATAAAAABBBBCCCC.|*^*^*
|AppInfo  |CcmdbStationRegistrationProfileBuilder::getBasicRegistrationProfile::init() - failed rc(1)
|AppInfo |SIPStationD(123455) - Registration profile error: Database error, sending registration reject and closing station6
