On the Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS), if a scheduling interface is exported to either a PDF report or a spreadsheet after applying an endpoint filter, the user sees the following appear on the screen:

"An error has occurred!

Please click the back-button in your browser to return to the previous page, or click here to go to the TMS front page.

If the problem persists, please contact your TMS Administrator."

This is triggered by attempting to generate a scheduling interface export.  This is done by going to "Reporting > Conferences > Scheduling interface" in the TMS Web site, filtering for a specific set of endpoints in the Filter Systems list in the upper-right of the Scheduling interfaces page, and either clicking the Data tab and clicking the "Export Excel" button, or clicking the report tab and clicking the "Export Report to Pdf button"
