Symptom: Customer wishes to have an easier way to correlate Interval table data with detail data. Conditions: When troubleshooting calls it is difficult to use the TCD to determine the call flow and relate the data back to the Summary tables, which are the actual reporting tables. The tcd does not always write all of the data to the table, so for some fields it is the last transaction or last leg of the call.
