Symptom:
Cisco Insight Reporter fails to connect to SM server

Conditions:
In Network Wizard , If try to connect SM server then below error message comes:
com.cisco.insight.requestprocessor.services.impl.networkwizard.NetworkWizardRestService.testSubscriberManager(NetworkWizardRestService.java:678) - Response : Response [error=The service you have requested is not available, Please contact System Administrator or try later, result=null, resultCode=1801]
