Description (partial)

Symptom:
Client gets authenticated and get policy pushed via AV Pair.
Wireless client will get upload speed limited but not download, according to configuration guide this is supported.

Switch will show the logs, %FED_QOS_ERRMSG-4-OUTPUT_ACS_CLIENT_POLICY_ERROR: MEMBER: 3 fed:  Unsupported output client policy(PER_USER_POLICY_2.0Mb)

Conditions:
Switch is configured with,
class-map match-any CLASS_ALL_TRAFFIC
  match access-group name ANY_TO_ANY_ACL

policy-map PER_USER_POLICY_2.0Mb
class CLASS_ALL_TRAFFIC
    police 2000000    conform-action transmit     exceed-action drop     violate-action drop

ip access-list extended ANY_TO_ANY_ACL
permit ip any any
