Description (partial)

Symptom:
logging discriminator doesn't work

Conditions:
Recently following message flooded on cBR for a known issue, so I tried logging discriminator to limit it but doesn't work

Oct 29 00:35:34.969 DST: %CBR_SPA-3-SPA_RFSW_WATCH_DOG_TIMEOUT: CLC4: iomd: Watch Dog Timeout on 1/1
Oct 29 00:35:35.076 DST: %CBR_SPA-3-SPA_RFSW_WATCH_DOG_TIMEOUT: CLC4: iomd: Watch Dog Timeout on 3/1

Here is the config:

logging discriminator LOCAL severity drops 3 facility drops CBR_SPA mnemonics drops SPA_RFSW_WATCH_DOG_TIMEOUT
logging buffered discriminator LOCAL 100000000
logging console discriminator LOCAL

I've tried different discriminator filter method like only use mnemonics or severity but none of them works.
logging discriminator LOCAL severity drops 3
logging discriminator LOCAL mnemonics drops Watch
logging discriminator LOCAL msg-body drops Watch
