Description (partial)

1.An agent has skill groups assigned to him/her.
2. When Agent is expired whilst logged in, the skill groups are removed but the agent cannot be expired because they are logged in.
3. This renders the agent un-usable the next time they log in.

A requirement to not delete associated skill groups during expiration process whilst an agent is logged in.

Agent is logged in when expiration time is reached
