Description (partial)

Symptom:
When reset Jabber outside office and use its VPN-less connectivity on 4G (collaboration edg) then come back to the office on Wi-Fi we loose contact details. if we view profile we only see userid@doman in the name field. Normal profile should have lots more information like email, company, title and picture.

Conditions:
Jabber for IOS roaming from external to internal ( from collaboration edge to the office)
