Symptom:
Symptoms

/// case 1 ///
if we input unsupported special characters,such as aB' , on password text box at e Wireless > Access Points > Global Configuration 
we will get popup error message says "Some of the special characters in password are not supported." (see picture Speical characters.png)

However, this popup error message will not be shown, if we inputed unsupported special characters at Access Points > All AP > one AP >  Credentials tab > Over-ride Global Credentials > password (See picture vWLC.png)

Furthermore, this issue only happens on virtual WLC and does not happen on normal WLC.

/// case 2 ///
if we input less than 3 length username on username text box at e Wireless > Access Points > Global Configuration, there is no popup error message

However, if we input Access Points > All AP > one AP >  Credentials tab > Over-ride Global Credentials > username, then we have the messages 
"Login Credentials: Minimum and Maximum length of Username should be 3 and 32 characters respectively".

this issue happens on normal WLC and virtual WLC
