Description (partial)

Consider a host with (IP1,M1). If the mac address is changed to M2, while keeping the IP intact, there is traffic loss seen as the route is deleted from URIB on remote leaf(s).

- Consider a host behind TOR1 with mac M1, ip IP1. The corresponding routes are stored in remote TOR2 in URIB and L2RIB.
- Change the host mac to say M2, IP1.
- 2 issues can be seen:
1) The IP route is deleted in URIB on TOR2
2) The remote entry is deleted in ARP suppression cache on TOR2.
